Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Parallax services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Platform Availability

9. Termination

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.
